Tonight, John took the next step in his journey to recovery. After being stabilized in ICU at Desert Medical Center in Palm Springs, he was transported to Kindred Hospital Ontario, in Ontario, CA. This hospital is an Acute Care hospital and specializes in respiratory illness. Since John is currently intubated and paralyzed from Guillain-Barré Syndrome, this was the best choice for care for him in Souther California.
